BEING WELL IS THE WAY
WITHOUT HEALTH, ALL OF OUR DREAMS WILL GO UP IN SMOKE !
Whatever situation we find ourselves in, we all should reach for optimum health.
On a personal note, I’ve had health challenges that had the potential to end my life. I always thought of myself as intelligent, but I was not intelligent enough to do the things that would improve my health. I did not reach for optimal health after I faced the challenges of 2 strokes. I had the 2 strokes 12 years ago, my suggestion is to take care of one’s self while you are well, don’t wait until you get sick. I do not have the worst health habits, but there is room for improvement. I am a work in progress. As adults who are in charge of a child’s well being, let’s guide the youth towards exercising/movement. If the goal is optimal health, movement is important.
For me, it is better late than never. For the youth, start them on the path of optimum health from the start of their lives.
I know how to look fabulous on the outside. I am now going for being FIT AND FABULOUS.
